”Upon checking in I checked that it was a twin room or the beds could be split as requested. The request had not been received but the staff were accommodating and changed our room for us without any problem, they were kind and considerate and gave us a large 3 sleeper room. The room was very clean, just a few dusty areas on plugs and toilet roll holder and a stained net curtain however, the floor was quite uneven which was a bit disorientating but no major complaints. ”Very friendly staff and very helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean, well-maintained and plenty of tea/coffee in the rooms! The food in the bar/restaurant was very good with plenty of choice. Breakfast was fine - could have done with more choice of pastries, vut the bacon roll was delicious!!”

”Location was great- 10 min walk to centre. Property was huge- good for hen/stag do, which it is probably aimed at. The property is tired, showers cold or low pressure/ not overly clean. Feels like it needs a good deep clean, wouldn’t want to walk round with bare feet. Unfortunately, one of our party cut their foot on smashed glass in the hot tub. Additionally, one of the children also found smashed glass on the floor in the living area but fortunately was not hurt. ”
