The Space:

The layout includes a primary bedroom with two queen beds, two additional bedrooms with one queen bed each, and a loft with another queen bed, accommodating up to 10 guests. You'll also have two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, a private patio, in-unit laundry, and an attached garage. Guests also have access to a community pickleball court during their stay.



Located in a quiet Warrenville neighborhood, the home is just minutes from scenic forest preserves, local restaurants, shopping, and convenient access to I-88, making it easy to explore nearby Naperville, Wheaton, and the surrounding communities.

There are a few units under this listing. Each unit is thoughtfully equipped with the essentials, though the layout and design may vary slightly from one unit to another.



The Neighborhood:

Nature is just minutes away with several outdoor destinations nearby. Explore the trails, open fields, and equestrian grounds at St. James Farm Forest Preserve, enjoy fishing, hiking, and picnic areas at Blackwell Forest Preserve, or spend time outdoors at Cerny Park. For a glimpse into the area's past, visit the Warrenville Historical Society City Museum, and enjoy a peaceful walk through Warrenville Grove.



When you're ready to dine out, you'll find a variety of nearby options. For extra peace of mind during your stay, we offer an optional non-refundable Damage Waiver for $60 per stay in place of a traditional security deposit.

✨ The waiver provides coverage of up to $600 for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Please note that the Damage Waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, theft or missing items, unauthorized parties or events, house rule violations, excessive cleaning needs and damage caused by negligence.

If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will remain responsible for any damages that occur during your stay.

We kindly ask all guests to follow these rules to help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone:



Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 10 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is required and will be scheduled to help maintain the home’s comfort and cleanliness. For reservations of 21 nights or more, complimentary cleanings will be arranged every 14 days throughout the stay. We will contact you in advance to coordinate a convenient cleaning time.



Booking Requirements: For security purposes, a valid ID and additional guest information may be requested at the time of booking.



Child Safety: Please keep doors locked and supervise children at all times, especially around the water and deck areas.



Pets: We welcome dogs and cats with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee. Pets must not be left unattended unless safely crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. Please note that the pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive pet hair or odors.



Pickleball Court: A public outdoor pickleball court is located within a short walking distance of the property. Guests are welcome to request paddles, balls, and a portable net for a casual game. Equipment is available while supplies last. Since the court is shared and weather-dependent, availability may vary.



Maximum Occupancy: The home accommodates up to 10 guests total, including children.



Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If you choose to smoke, please do so at least 30 feet away from the building.



Noise & Gatherings: Parties and excessive noise are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.



Alcohol Use: Alcohol is permitted inside the home only. Please help keep all shared and outdoor areas clean. Violations may result in a $250+ fine.



Grilling: BBQs and grilling are not allowed on the property.

Parking: Large trucks and oversized vehicles must use alternative parking areas.
