You do not want to miss this opportunity. This Penthouse comes with 3 bedrooms (master = king bed, other 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each room) and a PRIVATE roof deck patio with lounge chairs and working TVs! Comes with FREE GARAGE PARKING IN THE BUILDING.

The location, floorplan and additional amenities like private garage parking and rooftop entertainment space were greatly appreciated during our stay. The property and furnishings do show some normal wear that I expect for a popular rental but it did not affect our enjoyment of the property and I’ll add that everyone in my family commented on how comfortable the beds were. Thank you!

First of all, the property has the potential to be beautiful. Conveniently located downtown. But there are issues. The place is dirty. Disgustingly dirty. My girlfriend found mold in the master bathroom, both under the toilet seat and on the shower heads. This needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The towels were stained. We found hair in our bed before we even got in the bed. Gross. The rooftop terrace is dangerous and should not be accessible to guests. The wood planking is warped and has holes in it. The outdoor carpeting is only there to disguise the holes. Do not utilize the rooftop!! It is unsafe!! The first floor bathroom toilet seat was loose. A maintenance man who was there to check on something that was not broken fixed the toilet seat. There was no silverware or even plastic ware to eat. Given that I rented this home for two nights, I was expecting the kitchen to be well stocked, but it was not. How do you not make sure that your kitchen is well stocked for your guests? That was very disappointing. The walls are stained and dirty. The only saving grace was communication with the host, Dan. He was responsive to my questions and was professional. I paid quite a bit of money to stay there. This was the first time that I have rented a residence/vacation home. I have only reserved hotel rooms. After this experience I may have to go back to staying at hotels. To recap, the place is dirty, the kitchen is not well stocked and the rooftop terrace is dangerous. I do not recommend

Family sightseeing trip

The property was spacious,well appointed, and centrally located. We enjoyed using all the decks and rooftop and being able to walk to many restaurants!

Comfortable and clean

Very clean townhome. Lots of space for 2 families to enjoy. Visited in December so missed enjoying the rooftop terrace. Location is great for things to do in Chicago.

Wonderful property and location. Responsive owner quickly helped us deal with an issue (entirely my fault) getting in. Centrally located to lots of attractions. THE ROOFTOP IS EXTRAORDINARY! Book your girls/boys weekend here.

Great location for friend trip

The unit was a great size for our 7-person group trip to Chicago. We’ll appointed with pulsated hardware and decor. Super close to transit made getting to Wrigley, Navy Pier, Downtown, and the zoo extremely easy. Rooftop was a amazing and Dan was responsive and made the check in/out process a breeze.

Great views day and night

We had 3 coworkers stay in the unit. We actually had 3 of the 4 units in the building. It was a great place to stay. 1 tip if you stay here with a bunch of people, don't buy a lot of groceries until everyone is available to carry the groceries up the 3 flights of stairs.

Beautiful Place

We loved this beautiful penthouse apartment! Close by everything from the desired downtown shopping to Millennium Park to Navy Pier. The only thing I wish it had was an elevator and bigger parking garage. The parking space was tight for an Altima but suitable. Communication between the owner is quick! Well worth the price!

Great place!!

Overall this was a great place. Very updated house with close proximity to the brown line. We had to take off the tv of its mount to plug in. Also, if you’re not used to city noise while sleeping, bring ear plugs. Those things are minor, but will stay here again if given the opportunity.

Great place, lots of room

There was plenty of space, view from the rooftop was awesome. We had small issue with the TV on the rooftop and communication with the owner was easy, and he stayed in it until he got the problem fixed shortly. Easy walk to the brown/purple lines with Starbucks nearby. Less than mile walk to Michigan Ave. Great location.

Short stay in the city

I love that when I walked in it smelled like cleaner. It was a very steep walk upstairs, but other than that, everything else was pretty great. No handicap access.

Penthouse with a stunning view

We took our High School Grad and their BFF and our favorite SIL on a quick trip thru Chicago. The accomodations were perfect for 5 people but definitely could room more if needed. With the options of several balconies or an amazing rooftop deck, everyone had space to decompress after a long hot day of exploring the city. The sheets were wonderfully clean and soft and the showers, especially the master bedroom one was heaven after all the walking. The location is perfect for being in the thick of things but still far enough off the main strip to have peace and quiet. The hosts are quick to answer if there are any questions or concerns. Just to make everyone aware....the penthouse is that....a penthouse up 2 flights of stairs so be prepared for that, but hey I didn't need my stairmaster for the 3 days we were there. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

We had people going to Tinley Park and Soldier Field for events. It was a great location for both. They took an Uber to Soldier Field and we drove to Tinley Park. This property fit our group perfectly. We had seven adults the first night and four the second. The rooms were spacious and well supplied. The weather made the first night on the patio a bust but we were able to utilize it the second night. It was fantastic! Thanks for a great experience!

Twins Trip w/ the Boys

We booked this property for a stay while I took 2 of my sons to the Twins game at Guaranteed Rate Field. Overall it was a great place to stay, it was close to the Field Museum and Lincoln Park Zoo that we went to, and was easy to get to and from the baseball park as well. I do hope they get the tv on the rooftop patio working though, we didn’t really use that space since the tv wasn’t working while we were there. That was the only real downfall of the trip!

Girls Trip

Overall the apartment fit 7 of us great! We didn't spend a whole lot of time there as we were in town to explore. The neighborhood was awesome, we walked everywhere we needed to go. And the L is 2-3 blocks away to get to/from the airport. There's a delicious 24 hr diner a block away, and an amazing sushi joint just next store. Groceries and liquor are close by too. In regards to the condition of the apartment, there's some water damage, the fridge liked to make a beeping noise even when everything was shut, and the thermostat kept resetting itself. It definitely a rental, not someone's home. But that wouldn't deter me from staying here again.

Not accurate listing

Was always hot cause AC wouldn’t turn on till we were in the home. Then it would take 3 hours for it to kick in! Lock didn’t work Rooms had too much light that came through Parking spot was small so our car couldnt fit in it. Beds made a lot of noise when any movement. One of the bunk beds felt unsafe to sleep on. Would never recommend!

I stayed here with 6 others for a bachelorette trip. While the rooms were all as pictured, the apartment itself lacked care and attention to detail. As soon as we checked in, we noticed the whole apartment smelled like weed. Dan offered to have someone come and spray it, but the issue should not have existed in the first place. Over the course of the weekend, we had many other issues. The ceiling started leaking after a shower. One set of bedding had drops of blood on it (they sent cleaners to replace the sheets). The neighboring penthouse played music past sunrise multiple nights and this was not addressed despite Dan saying he would look into it. All weekend it felt like things were constantly going wrong with the unit. I understand that this property is owned by an investment company seeking to profit, but I felt that all of my communication was scripted answers referring to "policy" and that they were more focused on profits and a favorable review than they were on making sure everything would be in good condition for our stay.
