The Space

- This detached coach house includes two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and workspace on the main floor, plus a finished basement with laundry, a game room, and a theater room.
- The front porch has shades that can be lowered for privacy, and the backyard offers private outdoor seating. Parking is available in a shared tandem driveway, with a limit of two vehicles per stay.
- There are stairs to reach the front entrance and another set to access the basement. The basement is fully finished, but some areas have lower ceiling heights, which are marked with signage.

- If needed, street parking is allowed for 2 hours maximum
- There is a welcome guest parking sign indicating where you are to park
- There is directional signage leading you from the driveway around the front house to your accommodations
