”Great location. Very clean. Recently updated. restaurant and bar are great. ”

”Everything except the condition of the lobby and the breakfast options was excellent!! The lobby is still under construction and it definitely takes away from the ambience of the hotel. Also the “continental” breakfast was also lacking. There was no water, juice and coffee was cold. Hopefully once the construction is completed the issues will be resolved. Overall I enjoyed my stay!”

”Perfect place to stay in downtown Chicago. Close to everything. Reasonably priced. Amazingly helpful staff. My friend and I spent a couple of days wandering the city, but always were pleased to know Staypineapple was our landing spot!”

”The room was dated (East tower), old brown carpet and wallpaper. Poor lighting. Cleaning worked well, but the cleaners started working really early. Noise from the elevators was very loud and our room wasn't even bext to the elevators. Directions for public transport and shopping from the reception were poor. Views from the room was great. ”

”The property is nice. Room is a bit dated. The plugs are loose. Free WiFi is a plus. The hot water in the shower could be hotter. I think it’s a bit pricey but I was staying for a convention and I know I was paying for convenience of staying on site. ”
