The room was clearly well used and a bit tired with some burn marks, wall stains and marred finishes but overall felt clean enough.
We had very limited staff interaction but they were friendly and accommodating.
My biggest complaint is poor pedestrian access near the hotel. The site is well served by transit but the nearest intersection is very unfriendly for transit riders with no ped facilities like crosswalks or even sidewalks on most sides of the intersection. The area is basically inaccessible for a person with limited ability.
While there are many amenities nearby, they are located in a huge superblock with no sidewalks within the area despite ALOT of people walking to and from hotels, businesses, and the concert venue.
