”The room situated on the bottom floor was more like a converted closet. The room had a water heater in it behind a curtain that served the whole house. The walls and ceiling were not sealed on one side above the bed... around the light fixture, pipes going through walls... Only thing going for it was that it was clean.”

”The deposit of $300 for a room has not been returned to me after more than 33 weeks.
Their communications with customers are restricted to text and email.
This appears to be a scam operation.”

”They require a deposit which is about twice the sum I paid for a one night's accommodation. It is required to be paid by PayPal or other solutions outside of Hotels.com or the payment card used for the booking. There is no guarantee you will ever see that money returned. As I saw some other reviews stating that they had in fact not returned the deposit, I declined to pay it.”
