” I had Penthouse Room 300.There was a mouse in my room running around 3 days I also found small tubes of crack on the stair i wanted a refund , but they told me it would take three days before I get my money back and I couldn't afford pay somewhere else room service bag had to walk downstairs to get fresh towels all out bad a nightmare i wish i could uploaded the video i recorded the mouse no lie”

”We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and even allowed us an extra hour before checkout, which we really appreciated. The housekeeping staff stayed on top of everything, and our room was clean and comfortable. ”For a simple stay, this place fits the bill. The staff was awesome. The area doesn’t have much but a Subway Sandwich shop that’s open til 11pm on Sundays, which was a plus for me, so plan on renting a car or grabbing a ride share for all of your activities.”

”Staff are nice and helpful , Was missing some amenities “hand washing soap dispenser was empty i ask for a refill and never got it” Parking spacious and available Our Room had couple pf lights that’s not working asking for repairs and never got it The breakfast is variable and nice “some items ends early so try to go early” The bathroom could be cleaner,”

”Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly and kind staff. The outside of the building and property were not the most well maintained, but for the lower price and location it was worth it.”

”I stayed two nights. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. Pillows were flat, but stacking them helped. Shower was clean and the water was nice and hot. All amenities in the room were clean and worked as well. I saw a few makeup spots on the bathroom wall, the door had a handprint. I came from California and would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Chicago.”

”After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. ”
