”Amazing property and hospitality!”

”Generally speaking, we had a wonderful stay! The window seats were a BIG hit for us all and we spent many hours sitting in them, watching people, cars and boats. The location could not be beat and we were able to walk just about everywhere. The river is literally steps away. If you're booking a suite, paying extra for the river view is absolutely worth it! However, advertising the suite as suitable for 4 adults is a joke. We were travelling with 2 adults + 1 child (12 y/o) and it was just about...

”Excellent hotel. Fairly new, excellent condition. The breakfast was good, and if you visit the hotel, do visit the rooftop bar (reservation recommended)!”

”Comfortable beds and very good location, in downtown and just next to blue line for O’Hare”

”Täydellinen huone”

”Perfectly located hotel with beautiful city views. Lovely staff and good breakfast. Would stay again.”

”I stayed at hotel for halloweeen and the elevator stopped working and I had to take 9 flights of store to the lobby nobody notified the guest or anything letting us know what was going on … will not be staying there again”

”Love this hotel! A great atmosphere! We love happy hour and the tacos!!”

”Excelente ubicación y servicio Súper limpio y la atención”

”Compared to other hotels in its class, the service here is top-notch. The room decor isn't overly traditional, featuring prominent details and a clean, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The pricing is fair, and the location is excellent. Traveling is effortless thanks to the hotel's one-mile shuttle service, and privacy is exceptional (we had a balcony room on the 19th floor). Overall great stay.”

”Arlo Chicago was perfect! If you are in a wheelchair, the ADA King room was fully accessible with a low sitting bed, walk-in shower, open sinks, and enough space to get around room. It was quiet with electric blinds making it easy to open/close. The location is within walking distance of just about anything, or a bus stop and train station right out front or a block down to access train. The famous Bean site was a 2 minute walk, the Riverwalk about 5 minutes, and so much more. The parking...

”The hotel staff was amazing, everyone was kind and helpful and made us feel welcomed to the hotel and the city. We enjoyed walking to most places since the location of the hotel was very central, the subway stops were also very close by. I can really recommend this hotel and its staff - they really made our vacation a memorable one. ”
