Bring the whole family to this tasteful and spacious beach home, just a short stroll to the amazing sandy beaches of West Wittering on the stunning South Coast. Had enough beach? - West Wittering is close to the market towns of Chichester and Arundel, The South Downs National Park and Chichester Harbour designated an AONB.

The space
The house has been recently refurbished and offers a bright and airy living space downstairs with the master bedroom and ensuite, a twin bedroom, large kitchen diner and sitting room overlooking the garden and a further TV room with study and children's playroom. The sitting room has plenty of seating with a fireplace as a focal point. Downstairs has a family bathroom and a further walk in shower room. Upstairs has a further two bedrooms and bathroom. The garden is pretty and is totally private and not overlooked. This is the perfect home for family holidays by the beach!

Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves, with allocated parking for up to two cars. There is a bus stop on the road a short walk away which will take you into Chichester, from where you can hop on a train to London. Brighton, Portsmouth or Southampton.

Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys, and a fee of £50 for a call out if you are locked out.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
