The Neighborhood:
The historic city of Chichester has some much to offer, with the medieval cathedral, ancient roman city walls, galleries, museums, the Festival Theatre and Chichester University. Explore an abundant of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The coast, with its glorious beaches and harbour creeks, is just 15 minutes drive away, and South Downs National Park, with miles of walks and cycle paths, is only a short distance to the north. The property is also ideally placed for Goodwood events, such as Goodwood Revival and the Festival of Speed.

Getting Around:
Chichester's bus and train station is 15 minutes walk away from the home. Should you choose to arrive by car, there is a parking space at the front of the home but only suitable for small cars. Vehicles that overhang onto the path will get a ticket. For larger cars, there is a car park 6/7 minutes walk away.
