Ihana, tunnelmallinen hotelli! Todella siisti ja henkilökunta ystÀvÀllistÀ. Iso miinus aamupalasta ja ruoasta. Aamupala oli todella niukka, olematon.

The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

Be sure To check that you are booked To Dao side when checking in, if you did so, especially with expedia. They Will try To move you To the cheaper side if you are not "awake" you get A moldy stinky old Room and they Will get your money.

The pool, sauna & jacuzzi were definitely the highlights for me. It's also so nice to be minutes away from the seafront to enjoy watching the sunrise as well as a walk in the night to observe the beautiful Christmas lights.

Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home ...
