The room was clean. Staff was friendly. The only complaint that I have is that it was really cold in the room and I could not adjust the thermostat to warm the room up. I turned up the thermostat, but the room stayed at 65 degrees.

Peaceful & Clean Waterfront Suite on the Lake Norman Main Channel
This was a really lovely, cozy place to stay. The space was very clean and quiet. We had everything we needed and Nicole was a great host.

Kitchen was great and fully equipped for what we needed. Pet friendly as listed. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. We lucked up and had a 75 degree day in December so we could all be outside. Host was very responsive.
