”This hotel was half empty and they gave us a room with the view to the brick wall, even we stayed there for three nights. The bed was good. Next time when visiting Newport News, I'll take my business elsewhere. ”

”This trip was a disaster. The hotel room had black mold in the closet and on the bathroom ceiling. We didn't notice until we had had spent several nights there. That was the worse part. The breakfast was terrible. The first morning there weren't enough plates and utensils. There was NO fruit at all and this wasn't late in the morning. No pancake mix, a few pieces of bread, no bagels and there was no restocking of the hot bar. They had fruit the next day, but it was not restocked the day after....

However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. ”We checked in at 8:30pm with reservations. Only 1 room left on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. Got to the room - tv did not work and the room was dirty and beat up. Donna - on night duty, did everything possible to fix it. She was able to free up another room for us. That room was better, but still very dusty. Lights above the bed were filled with dust.”
