”Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

”Exceptional. Reflects on how a hotel suite should be. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant on-site, food was superb and staff were beyond genuine. Highly recommend. We spent two nights there after spending three at a hotel at the beach. It’s telling that every detail was well curated to reflect a very distinctive experience. Hopefully, we make it back.”

”I went with my family, I had made 2 room reservation and paid 260.00per room upfront charged to my credit card. Than when we checked in the front desk said I only had 1 room reservation. I repeatly told her we had 2 rooms. Only gave me 1. We checked all into one room. Than in night we went for dinner and returned back at 10 pm . The resort all dark and the check in girl tells me sorry I was correct that I had 2 rooms. I told her I'm not going to repack and move to room . I asked a refund for...

”Cenote was great and the hotel itself was fantastic and absolutely gorgeous, but the staff was very forgetting and cold. We had to call to the receptionist to come and fix out fridge, our phone and the water wasn't running. For a 5 star hotel these things are unexpectable. We felt like the staff didn't care about anything. Didn't really take my allergies seriously and were quite odd. Also if you are light sleeper don't stay here because the music from the beach clubs were extremely loud and you...

”I love staying at this gem of a hotel. Great option if you prefer to be a bit off the resort strip.”

”Now THIS is a special property. We’ve now stayed in 6 of the Tulum Beach road hotels and this is our absolute favourite. This is an incredibly intimate small boutique hotel with amazing design and attention to detail, absolutely incredible food and the most wonderful team of staff. We were blown away by the service from start to finish. Whilst we stayed at Xela, they arranged for dinner at Nu, private dining on their rooftop to watch the sunset, we got to rescue baby sea turtles and return them...

”Great stay at La Reserva Tulum. The interiors are beautiful — serene, elegant and thoughtfully designed. The pool area is stunning. A lovely place to relax and unwind.”

”This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough...

”Super schöne Unterkunft!”

”The staff was super helpful and the service was great! We went during the off season, and it was so nice having lots of space to enjoy. It's also close to cenotes, and the staff made it easy to figure out transportation. I definitely recommend this place!”
