”The house was perfect for our family! The owner and staff were amazing! Chari, the cook knows what she is doing the meals were fabulous and all the kids ate everything! The owner helped me plan several things, Including a shaman to officiate the renewal of our vows on the beautiful roof top! This was truly an epic trip with all the kids celebrating my husbands 50th.”

”The owner, Jesse, was incredibly proactive with sharing info ahead of time and responsive when the need arose. I really appreciated him!! As others have mentioned, the house caretakers Chucho and Chari are incredible. Highly recommend eating all meals at the house! The decor and layout of the house are just gorgeous and we enjoyed all the decks and palapas. My only important tip is that if you are there in the Fall (like we were) the road to the house is very challenging. We saw multiple cars...

”We could not speak more highly of the property, staff and owners. The house was beautiful and very clean! Eric and Paula made our stay!! If you don't have them cook for you, you are missing out! They are wonderful people too! They made sure we had anything we wanted and more while we were in Tulum. ”We spent our last two nights here before heading into the city of Tulum and it was the perfect quiet and calm environment we needed before the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in the room with the kitchenette, although some amenities weren’t working such as the kettle, we weren’t bothered by it since we mostly needed the stove top to boil water anyways. No hay recepción, hay una caseta de seguridad que te hace sentir que estas invadiendo una propiedad con unos toldos de obra; si llegas de noche (10mins conduciendo desde Tulum) no esta la entrada señalizada ni iluminada. No nos hicieron el servicio de limpieza seguramente porque no hay personal. Ni nos pidieron identificacion (eramos los únicos huespedes, ahora entienso el motivo).
