”Beautiful new hotel in Tulum, great value for money. Room was spacious and comfortable, pool area quite small. Location is good close to a big supermarket and several restaurants, walking distance to centre of Tulum. For the beach you need bike or other transport. The only thing I didn’t like: there was no privacy in the bathroom (cheapest room type). Toilet was behind the wall with no door and shower behind glass wall. Who wants to use a toilet without door if you’re travelling with someone? I...

Pure magic in every moment, except for the spa. The facial I received was a joke but I wasn’t laughing when I had to pay $250. Love the hotel, the restaurants and the service. Absolutely hated the spa. Hopefully they’ll fix the issue. ”

”I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn, the staff were excellent, check in was fast and easy. They let me check in early and gave a late checkout. Much better than Holiday Inn’s in the U.K. Rooms were a good size, with a coffee machine and tv, water pressure was really good, and the clock had a usb port. So good I stayed an extra night. . Only thing that would be beneficial would be a mini fridge in the room, although the staff did find me a fridge. Highly recommended”

”We had the best time staying at Elements. Hotel is brand new and there was still some little touching up going on but that didnt bother us. Rooms are big and stylish and the pool area is so cozy. The staff is the most helpful you will find, they will give you tips on restaurants, beaches, cenotes etc. The breakfast is very good and healthy. I saw some comments about the area being a little sketchy but I think thats just Mexico and if you're expecting clean sidewalks and only beautiful buildings...

”El lugar me gustó mucho, las habitaciones son bonitas. Por la noche huele un poco a caño el baño pero creo que ese ya es un tema general de Tulum. La alberca muy bonita y me gustó que puedes entrar por la noche. El desayuno bien. Un buen lugar para descansar y desconectarse del ruido ”
