”The experience was amazing and our Host Rebecca enhanced our stay by being so nice and welcoming. The breakfast she made was made with love, I would highly recommend and will tell everyone we come across to stay here.”

”I went with my family, I had made 2 room reservation and paid 260.00per room upfront charged to my credit card. Than when we checked in the front desk said I only had 1 room reservation. I repeatly told her we had 2 rooms. Only gave me 1. We checked all into one room. Than in night we went for dinner and returned back at 10 pm . The resort all dark and the check in girl tells me sorry I was correct that I had 2 rooms. I told her I'm not going to repack and move to room . I asked a refund for...

”Exceptional. Reflects on how a hotel suite should be. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant on-site, food was superb and staff were beyond genuine. Highly recommend. We spent two nights there after spending three at a hotel at the beach. It’s telling that every detail was well curated to reflect a very distinctive experience. Hopefully, we make it back.”

”An Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service in Every Way! My wife and I recently spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding. One of the highlights of our stay was being upgraded for the entire two weeks to the Rooftop Pool Master Suite. This wonderful gesture made our holiday even more special, and we truly appreciated the hotel's generosity and attention to our comfort....

”This place is a gem - would highly recommend staying here. Rooms are simple, but clean and well appointed. The common area is very beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area - a special shout out to Namah who took extra care of us - thanks Namah!!”

”Loved the chill relaxed vibe of this hotel. Beautiful property and the food was delicious. The concierge ladies were so helpful and kind helping us book a couple of excursions. We had an amazing time.”

”If you're in Mexico for the sun then this is not your hotel: the sun doesn't shine any time to the pool area and the beach is a 20 min drive away. Otherwise, we liked the hotel and our apartment which was nice and functional. A couple of small downsides: The TVs didn't have any TV channels, only internet, and the gym was very poorly equipped (although the selection of dumb bells was good).”

”We really enjoyed our stay in Strabon tulum. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel building and room was exactly like in photos and the whole place was clean and tidy. Very good quality to cost ratio and higly recommended!”
