”We had the best stay at the Sana hotel. First off we got in at 8am however check in was at 3pm and they kindly gave us a courtesy room to settle in which was amazing so we were able to shower and not sit in the heat for hours! This was thanks to Anda who was working the front desk at the time. She was amazing and super helpful! Then we got moved to our other room which our AC started leaking so we had to move rooms and they moved us to the Penthouse with a private pool. Thanks to Jonn, he gave...

”The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. It felt super comfortable and I am VERY glad I stayed at this hotel.”
”Our stay at Nest Tulum in May 2025 was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay.
