”Charged for parking yet was never told I had to pay for parking”

”Overall great place to rest your head. All-inclusive breakfast was “ok”, Hannah was very efficient in the mornings helping us get what we needed to start our day. We stayed in the family suite for 4 nights, it was clean and comfortable. Pillows were a bit small. Hotel was nice and clean, busy on the weekend however it was memorial weekend. Location was convenient and we loved having the Starbucks across the street.”

”The room was big and clean and the pillows were comfortable and the toiletries smelled good! The breakfast was yummy (Omelette bar). The pool was way too small for the size of the hotel. Silly to pay for parking...”

”Not happy about the parking. No free parking for hotel guests. No street parking available close by. $35 a day for paking is crazy to me. ”

”Staff is absolutely AMAZING. They are attentive and kind. Breakfast was good (egg, fruit salad, cereal, pastries, bacon or sausage and more). Hotel is near the hwy, downtown and stores. The pool was closed for maintenance, wish we would have known that ahead of time. Otherwise our experience was great. We'd stay here again.”

”Clean and conveniently located hotel right next to I-5 highway. Everything was pretty much what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express. The only annoying thing were the uneven floors in several places. You felt like being drunk when walking as the floor was leaning in to one direction. Makes you wonder what may be causing it.”

”Lots of parking, centrally located to lots of restaurants, the room looked great, and the staff was very helpful and able to jump into action when needed during an emergency. Will definitely stay again if I need to stay in the area!”

”This hotel was beautiful! I only had a few nitpicks. The room was very clean, the lobby area was very well kept. The lights & light switches were a bit hard to find, some would turn off one light but turn on another. The hotel seems to kind of expect you to know your way around, you are not given any kind of info about amenities or wifi. The front desk staff were great! Checkout and check in was super easy”

”I had paid on Expedia, but the desk clerk charged me again. I would usually notice, but was exhausted from being with family at St Vincent's. I told 2 other clerks and they said they were aware, but couldn't do anything about it. I am back home, no emails, out $224. A refund would be great.”

”If you’re looking for value and a clean place to stay while visiting Portland, this is the location. Their amenities are a little outdated and no smart phone plug ins, but the price and convenience outweigh this minor detail. Enjoy!”
