”Even though the main down stairs wasn’t open due to reverb we had a lovely time of the terrace bar. Rooms were amazing and so beautifully accommodating for dogs. Only thing we would say is the staff didn’t clear the tables quickly so a lot of messy tables but over al we can’t wait to come back, thank you ”

”Lovely, historical building, hence a bit of a trek to the top floor (no lift, of course). Very clean, plenty of tea, water, biscuits etc. in the room. Very nice breakfast staff but when my husband queried the price of a Guinness & packet of crisps being a bit steep (£9.30), the bar lady snapped back "It's not my fault" which we didn't think, in terms of customer service, was quite the correct response!! Easy 5 minute walk to the town centre.”

”The Masons Arms is a delightful country pub with rooms that is a charming example of Cotswold tradition and tastefully updated rooms. The pub itself serves very good and reasonably priced traditional pub food in a traditional and quaint setting. Service is friendly and efficient. The inclusive traditional Full English Breakfast was generous and spot on. We would certainly return. A special mention of Kate who was very helpful and friendly. ”

”Very easy to find at the T-juction at the top of Calcutt Street. I actually parked in Calcutt Street for free as there are some spaces there. There's also a free car park very close by. The hotel is in a great location on the High Street. I had a single room, number 2, lovely and clean and a really comfy bed. Kettle, tea, coffee and milk pods provided. ”My wife and I used this as a one night stop over as part of a leisure trip. We were very happy with our choice. Hotel ( which has great spa facilities ) is a mile or so from village which has a few eating and drinking options if not wanting to eat at hotel. Staff excellent . Clean. Many thanks ”

”These were incredibly comfortable beds that all four of us in my family each got amazing sleep in. The best nights sleep we all received during our two week trip in England.
