”The hotel itself was fine. The staff, however, is another story. I am trying to get a receipt of my stay for 5 days now and I have not received an email from them with it. This was charged directly to hotel and my card was charged. I was hung up on multiple times or transferred to numbers that kept ringing. It is inexcusable to not respond to a customer to that has paid to stay in your hotel. And such a simple request.”

”Friendly service when I checked in late at night. I have nothing bad to say about this place, but maybe showers need doors, water kinda gets all over. My departure flight was late in the evening so I left my luggage for them to store for a few hours, nice service there :) I enjoyed my stay, helpful staff and smiley faces that made me feel welcome. Would stay again :)”

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”
