i'm sorry but our overall experience in this place is not good, firstly, i think the aircon is broken but it's turned on. it is on but we didn't feel any air or cold air coming out from the aircon and we felt hot during our stay. we thought that it's just the heater because it was during end of march that we stayed, but no, i think the AC is really broken or old. we didn't get a chance to tell the front desk on the first night because we thought it's the heater and that time it was still freezing cold outside and we were so tired, we only got a chance to tell them on the last night of our stay. next, the front desk is dark and when you enter the hotel there is some smell that makes me nauseous when entering the area,, maybe they're undergoing a renovation? coz there was only 1 desk open.
but the good thing about this place is it is really close to the theaters, like if you want to watch a broadway show, it is really close, like 10 min walk. and my friend is a fan of hadestown that's why she chose this hotel and this area is just in front of the theater. so if you are hadestown fan, you can stay in here. but i hope they will take a look at their AC units coz that can make a difference.
