”Room was clean and bed comfortable, only the pillows were a bit worn. Guest laundry was marked in the elevator but I couldn’t find it were it was supposed to be. ”

”We stayed at this hotel many years ago before it became a Holiday Inn. Very pleased with the upgrades. Very comfortable and a great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

”The bed was large and comfortable, the jet tub was wonderful and the ambiance of the fire place made the evening special. The staff was terrific.”

”Sydney, who works the front desk was awesome. I had trouble with several things in the room (the lock, the TV) and she was so kind. She came up to my room and showed me how get the door to lock. Then she came back up and fixed the TV. She was kind! Thanj you Sydney!”

”The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor.”
