”The property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway.
The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. There was no cooling in the room (Summer) and a medium thick duvet which is not conducive to a great nights sleep but overall, a good stay.the only negative comment.

”We had an accessible room for myself and the wife and an adjoining bedroom for the father-in-law while we had a few days visiting family the rooms as always were clean and well presented tea and coffee facilities beds were lovely and comfy the only down side is the accessible rooms only come with double beds would of been better if twin beds as the wife has issues and disturbs me while sleeping so don’t get a refreshing sleep ”
”This was our first stay at an Ibis hotel, I didn't expect much for the price, we did just want cheap & cheerful/a bed for the night however the room was SO basic and quite dated. The TV worked on the first few channels but anything else took so long to load, we gave up. Neither of the two bedside lights worked, the lamp on the worktop also didn't work (even checked it was turned on at the plug). The worktop wasn't totally clean either, I presume they were coffee marks, but not stains, they were...
