”Lovely pleasant staff, Lukas booked us in and it really was an easy stay from there .The room was smartly presented, tea coffee and water is complimentary .The coffee machine could have done with instructions I've not used the pod ones before( though perhaps there are ? and I missed them? ”This is a small hotel in a good location just a couple of minutes walk from the Brighton Pier. I stayed alone in a small (bigger than London small) room with a comfy bed, good shower, wall-tv and a fridge. Quite comfortable in March-April, however might get hot in the summer as there's no AC in this room. Breakfast also available, I did not use this opportunity. Service very friendly, made you feel welcome. Price level also very reasonable: I will definitely consider staying here again if back...

”After check-in around 6 pm, I arrived at the room the cleaning of which was clearly still in the process without the housekeeping in sight.
