Depending on the card type: credit:3-5 business days and debit:5-7 business days before you would see it back. Hello Hans,Thank you for letting us know how we did on your recent visit. Yes, we do accept pets at our hotel and there is a pet fee. The fee is posted on our direct website. We always recommend calling the hotel directly to book and to ask questions. Third party websites don't always have the most accurate information. The nonrefundable pet fee goes towards the cleaning process that happens after guests with pets check out. The fee is to help keep our hotel in great shape for other guests.
