”A few improvements would make this a nice property. The TV did not work, and staff could not get it working. There were no options in the room for a non coffee drinker. The bed mattress was lumpy and soft like it had seen better days. Sheets had a lot of pilling. Front Desk Paul was a gem, and very pleasant. Wanted to like this property and give the management an opportunity to make it up to us. We paid to have the room upgraded and got a room where not all amenities were working. The refund was...

”We loved our stay here! The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and it was incredibly quiet—exactly what we were hoping for. We originally booked in part because of the breakfast omelette bar, which unfortunately wasn’t available during our stay. However, it wasn’t a big deal because the breakfast that was offered was still great. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. We were given a king room on the 4th floor, which was perfect. ”Nice place right on the water. Excellent restaurants and whiskey bar within walking distance of the hotel. Loud air handling unit facing the water from your balcony. Not the best design. It would have been nice to hear the water, boats and sea life instead of a loud noise.”

There were lipstick stains on our sheets. They made, let's pay a deposit of a hundred $ cash deposit and charged us $50 for 2 dirty towels at checkout day -Which one of them was ours, to begin with since they only gave us one towel, one wash cloth and one hand towel”

”The pictures look much nicer than reality. The TV and bed seemed relatively new, everything else was in bad disrepair. There was an old RV parked in the lot all night too. I will avoid this hotel in the future.”
