”The room was spotless and staff extremely courteous. The floors in the common areas —stone and carpets were very dirty, so a good shampoo or replacement of the carpeting is in order. The muck in the corners of the entranceway, hallways and bar was particularly problematic. The staff was amazing, as was the service and food!!”

”The room was clean, today and warm even if a little dated. The staff (Charles) on the second morning was very attentive and friendly. Perfect location for the horse racing event at Sandown and access to the train for a trip to London too. ”

”Hi we always have a lovely stay at your hotel and I've given Google reviews to say so. I thought I would just mention though that this time our room was a let down. It was more of a cosy room than an executive. No where to put anything and my partner smashed his head twice. I would say it was more like the staffs quarters from years ago. I would recommend you just check the rooms description because apart from the towels nothing else was executive about it. But, we love your hotel and you know...
