”Clean room, good breakfast”

”What's not to like. New hotel, great layout, great location, safe-quiet. Had a KITCHEN my room ... perfect for long family stays. This is now my go-to hotel in Bluffton.”

I was frustrated that we were able to book for 2 adults and a child, but then they had no rollaway beds available, yet they let us book only a king bed. ”Front desk staff were very rude, unprofessional and lacked customer service experience. Wood near the door handle and lock were broken off badly. Food found on night stand shelf. Continental breakfast was very slack each morning of our stay. Spiders were present throughout the room's. Very large dogs were allowed and barked often.”

”The property and rooms are very outdated.”

”Our room was on the terrace level. The sliding glass door to that area from our room wasn't very secure. The latch didn't work, and the safety hook was mounted to a piece of trim that can easily be pulled off. The shower didn't drain, so the tub would fill up. The staff was all very nice! The restaurant on-premises was very good! They use real avocado on the toast!”

”We stayed here 3 nights; we added the third night after the fact and they were able to accommodate us to stay in the same room. The staff was very nice. The grounds were very well kept. ”The room needs some updating as it is old and dated. Additionally, it was hard to fall asleep because we could hear people talking in the hall and doors opening and closing. Most annoying was hearing the ceiling creak every time someone upstairs moved about. It sounds like it isn’t supported properly or something. It kept waking us up. The breakfast was very very basic. We skipped it the second day altogether.”
