”This was a charming, cozy, and peaceful place to stay. We were so busy preparing for the wedding that we didn't get to enjoy all the beauty. I would definitely recommend and/or stay here again. The host even left snacks and fresh milk!”

”My family stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. It was perfect! The house is updated very well and while maintaining original charm. We were very well accommodated and comfortable. Even the dishes coordinated with the decor. The home was very clean and Kathleen was available for any questions. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was luxurious. No shortage of hot water here! The home is very accessible and entering the driveway was a breeze. Thank you, Kathleen!”

”I had a family emergency that cut my visit a bit short but I always enjoy my stay. Everything about the cottage is comfortable. Plenty of restaurants in town offer variety and a well equipped kitchen should you prefer to eat in. If you’re looking for relaxation and peaceful surroundings- this is the place!”

”This was by far and away the best host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were accommodating and friendly the entire time and checked in on us to make sure our stay was going well. The cottage is an amazing piece of history that is both welcoming and inspiring. We want to try the greenhouse as well on our next staycation.”

”The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is when you view the home on VRBO it doesn’t say that the train runs right in front of the house. The train runs every 30min and is very loud. We had older people with us and they hardly slept. I finally was able to go deeper and find out about the train, but it needs to be posted on the main page. Sorry wearing ear plugs didn’t help either. ”
