A maximum of six people are welcome in this cozy nest. As for its location, it is ideal, you will be at the entrance of Colmar's city center.



The accommodation is located on the first and second floors without an elevator and consists of:

On the first level

🛏️ Two rooms in a row, the first with 2 single beds, the second with a double bed (you enter the room with the 2 single beds to go to the one with the double bed)

🛏️ A third room with 1 double bed

🍴A kitchen equipped with hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, kitchen equipment. As well as a dining table for 6 people.

🛋️ A living room with a very comfortable U-shaped sofa, additional seating, a television,

🛁 A bathroom with an Italian shower, a double sink and 🚽 a toilet.



On the upper floor:

🛏️ The fourth and fifth bedroom with 1 double bed each.

🛁🚽 A bathroom with an Italian shower, a sink and a toilet.

🛋️🍴 A large living room/kitchen/dining area completes the floor.



⚠️ In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants in the accommodation, including adults, children, and babies, may not exceed 10 people.



The accommodation will be entirely yours. To best satisfy you during your stay:

🧴 Clean towels will be available along with a bath mat and a kitchen towel

⚠️ House rules:



🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Animals are strictly prohibited.



🧺 Household linen and the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



⚠️ However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and do the tidying up. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 €. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 60 € will be charged to you.



📝 A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
