The staff was great. Hotel is beautiful but rooms are a little outdated. Was very disappointed because the information regarding the hotel amenities were incorrect online and when we checked in the pool was already closed. Breakfast was good.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs
It will be nice once the renovation is complete. However, right now it's in a mess. Staff explained completely but still quite inconvenient. Especially the free drink area as the alcohol was a 3 at best. Once renovation is complete, I'm sure it will be nice.

Cheyenne Mountain Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Hotels
The property is beautiful and the resort is wonderful. And the view! Plenty of things to do but if you want to use the pool or hot tub you have to walk through the large lobby in your suit to get to it, so we unfortunately chose not to for that reason (busy resort with a lot of people and children ...
