”The room has a damp mold smell when walking. I asked to change the different room and Corina the front desk gave me a hard time and had a bad attitude. The changed room had a broken hair dryer, I asked Corina again to send someone ro fix but never heard back. I ended up with the wet hair for the night with 40 degree outside. The next day I had a cold caused of wet hair. I planned to stay 3 nights but ended up to check out 1 night early because of poor staff and poor condition room. The...

”This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I like all the decor. It's modern & beautiful. There's a good size parking lot. Depending on how you come into the city you have to go through several of the other businesses parking lots to get into the hotel. We didn't make it to the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I also like that it's located close to a large amount of restaurants. We will be staying here again.”

”Our stay here was comfortable and the location was great in terms of being central to north and south Colorado Springs. The staff were helpful, the view was beautiful, and the room was clean. Our only complaint is that the bedding was SUPER scratchy. For such a nice hotel, we expected soft sheets but they were legitimately hard. That alone will deter me from staying there again. Such a bummer!”

”It was Memorial Day weekend prices were three times what they usually are I book a room for me my lady and her kid spend my last $30 to get to the Inn Town suites. I go to check in and findout they're overbooked and don't have a room for me. Which left me having to find a room where prices are three times as much as normal and I just wasted $50 on Ubers to get to and from as well as having to wait 2 weeks to get my money back on my card.”

”This was by far the worst hotel experience we've had of all the hotels booked with Expedia. We waited an hour past check in for one of our two rooms, we had no hot water in one room, breakfast was a joke. There was nothing to eat except waffles and cereals without milk. The coffee, toast/bread, milk were completely empty and no supervision of the area was maintained. The juice machine was broken/empty and there wasn't even water.
