”I booked this motel because the Expedia listing prominently showed a beautiful river view, which was the main reason I chose it over cheaper options. However, the Queen room I was first given faced the road and had no view at all. When I raised the issue, I was told that only King rooms have a view and that I would need to pay an upgrade fee. I paid an additional fee, but the replacement room still had most of the view blocked by a large tree, despite the motel being nearly empty. The front desk...

”Overall a good place to stay especially for the price. Staff was great and room was very clean. Property conditions were so so as it’s been a work in progress. My only complaint was expecting a 2 queen sized beds room and the beds were definitely full sized.”

”Very clean, the bed was a soft firm, pool and hot tub, full bathrooms in the rooms, Staff is always helpfull, and breakfast was not continental but a full one. Also Impressed with their Springtime prices.”

”It was clean. Lady at desk was a little short with me. Also, didn’t understand why I had to come back in the morning & wait for them to check my room before she would refund my deposit. Not a huge deal but we did wait til last minute to leave so waiting on that made me late for next event ”

”The place was not clean. Spiders in the room. Grout in the shower was gross. The toilet water was yellow. Did not feel safe. Had to put table up against door for safety. The front desk gentleman could not get the key to the door to work. He had to get DW40 to finally get key to work. We were worried about not being able to work getting in and out of door.This whole experience was terrible! Should have asked for money back and gone somewhere else. We were just so over it and exhausted.”

”It was great. I didn’t know that you could request and pay a little extra for the room to be on the riverside so we missed out on that. My husband had been there before and had gotten a riverside view room. Once we got to the pool it was great, we just struggled finding it on the outside while we were walking on the inside. It’s outside but heated and was nice. We only got one night there so maybe next time we can stay longer.”
