”We had a fantastic stay at The Plaza and felt truly looked after from the very beginning. Before our arrival, the hotel had already asked for the names of our two sons, which immediately showed a remarkable level of care and attention.
For our younger son’s birthday, without us asking for anything, they surprised us with the giant Home Alone-inspired ice cream, which was such a special and unforgettable gesture. They had also brought both of our boys chocolates and candy with charming Home...
