”Maid service very poor. Only cleaned room one day out of four. Poor communication between management and staff.”

”Traveled to Flagstaff yearly for 40+ years and stayed at this Days Inn (lLockett lane) first time summer of 2024 and returned to stay again this summer. The acccomodtions at this hotel were and continue to be beyond excellent room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommendn this hotel and will continue to stay there when I travel to flagstaff”

”The receptionist and staff were nice, we had a smooth check in. The breakfast was good and simple and parking was good. The reason why I’m not leaving 5 stars is because the condition of the room was not the best. There was mold in the restroom, the bath tub was clogged, and the water pipes were leaking. The room had a smell to it. It was a quick stop for us so we didn’t complain but I don’t think we would stay here again.”

”This hotel is probably the best, cleanest hotel I ever stayed in. Loved the hotel stay so we decided to stay another night. The people that have helped us have been super sweet and helpful. Whenever we come to Flagstaff this is where we will be staying for now on.”

”Scavenger hunt to figure out how to access the property and room. No one was at the front desk when we arrived at 5:30pm. The door locks were hard to figure out. Room was comfortable.”

”The hotel is new and clean. Our room was quite big and comfortable. Nicely located and breakfast was ok. The issue was the traffic noise (especially during the weekend), which bothered us even with ear plugs. There was also an unknown issue: it felt like someone was using the washer with a highspeed spin. We felt the shaking in the beds and while standing. The polite receptionist was willing to change our rooms but we stayed due to too much hassle for us. ”

”Gracious staff and great hospitality. The happy hour and food hosted in the evening and breakfast are a wonderful bonus.”

”Rooms are overall very clean remodel recently. bathrooms are a little small. poor lighting in bathroom sink and mirror area”

”Absolutely beautiful and very well equipped! Great outdoor areas, fire pits, grills, huge rooms, showers with wands, and well equipped kitchens. Very comfortable bed!”
