Turvallisuus: katosta roikkui palohälytin muutaman sähkölangan varassa (ei vakuuttava!) WC: Suihku epämiellyttävästi WC-pöntön yläpuolella, ilmaiset pesuaineet puoliksi käytetty. Takuumaksu (500 DK) joka veloitettiin luottokortilta ei palautunutkaan heti kortille takaisin vaikka niin luvattiin Ei mielestäni kolmen tähden hotelli, vaikkakin sijainti hyvä (keskusta)

Spotless and comfortable bed. But bar downstairs very loud late into the night. Bathtub spilling water from underneath. Self check in and out codes not working. But staff helpful.

Excellent location. The room was clean but the bathroom was very strange and didn't look that clean. There was a lot of noise from other rooms/guests. My bed was facing the door and it was very inconvenient as there was draft all the time. Overall good value for money.

Alguma da descrição do quarto no site não corresponde ao quarto. Pelos vistos o quarto tem "mini bar" que está em cima da mesa com água que me foi cobrado. Na descrição do quarto diz que tem um roupeiro ou algo pequeno para guardar a roupa, no quarto nem tinha um cabide. Os produtos de higiene só faltava a escova e pasta de dentes. Não há telefone no quarto, houve uma madrugada com muito barulho, tive que avisar a recepção por sms e só obtive resposta cerca de 5 horas depois. Agradável só por 1 ou 2 noites, mas muito a desejar para ser considerado "hotel".

Charming Hotel in a Vibrant Location
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The self check-in area was convenient and easy to use, with attentive staff nearby if needed. My economy double bedroom exceeded my expectations; it was spacious and inviting, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The shared bathroom was always clean, which I appreciated. While the cleanliness may depend on other guests, I had no issues during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit. The combination of affordability and location is unbeatable, with the town center just a 10-minute walk away and the train station a quick 5-7 minute stroll. The area surrounding the hotel is filled with charming stores and cafes, adding to the overall appeal. It's worth noting that Friday and Saturday nights can be lively, but it didn't bother me as I'm a heavy sleeper. However, light sleepers may want to consider this factor. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I look forward to returning.

Og det faktum at sengetøjet var rent, er det eneste positive der er at sige om mit ophold her. Det lille værelse lugtede skrækkeligt, det var indrettet spartansk og det fælles badeværelse der skulle deles var i virkelig dårlig forfatning. Der er meget lydt og hotellet er beliggende ovenpå den legendariske bar Vela. Der er altså høj musik til kl 4 i weekenden så HUSK ØREPROPPER!

Dirty blood stains all over the mattress!
Long story short: our mattress was covered with dirty blood stains that could even be seen through the thin sheet. The man at the reception seemed annoyed by our complaint but offered to move us to a different room, whose bed was admittedly better but still with lighter stains. That an hotel welcoming so many visitors forgoes using fitted sheets while we even use them at home (without receiving hundreds of visitors a month but just for the two of us!) is really beyond understanding. Not to mention the sewer smell in the bathroom, the fact that the bathroom sink was IN the shower and connected by the same tube (even though that's a detail), that the corridor light could be seen through our door and prevented us from sleeping (because badly fixed), the terrible soundproofing that prevented us from sleeping because of the neighbours' noise, the bath products which had gone off for 4 years, the cigarette butts in the stairs... Hotels.com didn't even try to find us a solution because the blood stains (although they recognized were disgusting and a disgrace) didn't put us enough in danger. The two ladies at the reception were lovely and did their best to find some solution, but clearly this was beyond their reach and this place has a clear systemic problem of mismanagement! For the owner: maybe focus on the most basic amenities (that is: protective sheets!) before putting flat screen TVs in the rooms and nonsensical digital check-in in order to cut costs and underpay human beings?!

Hotellet tilbyder ingen parkeringspladser overhovedet. Hotellet har ingen elevator, hvilket er meget upraktisk, i og med at mange besøgende har baggage med. Toilettet på værelset er meget småt og upraktisk. Derudover virkede det ikke til at nogen i receptionen kunne forstå eller snakke dansk.

Do not recommend
There is a club on the ground floor, we couldn’t sleep for the noise from it. Do not reccomend. Our room was also not cleaned during the day. The shampoo we were given expired 4 years ago and there was no conditioner. The room itself was okay but it vibrated all night or until 5 o’clock when the club finally closed
