”Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. The room was not clean and there were used condoms hanging from a lamp in the room. The staff was notified and they were also mortified. They gave me another room with ripped carpeting, but at least it was clean. I would not stay at this chain ever again. I hate to write a negative review, but thought warming others was that important.”

”The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life I have stayed in hotels all over the country, and without question, Casa Azul in Jamaica, Queens was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my entire life. From the moment I entered the room, I felt like I had made a terrible mistake. The condition of the room was beyond unacceptable. I personally saw roaches and bed bugs during my stay. The mattress had blood stains on it, and the bedding contained semen stains and numerous cigarette burn marks....

”Coming from out of town I had no idea what to expect. It was probably one of the most outdated and least maintained hotels I have ever experienced. Trash all over the exterior, no hot water in our room, no daily cleaning service. The rooms have not been updated in about 20 years. The room next to us had the window open to the exterior and all I could see was mold and the ceiling completely torn apart. I highly recommend not staying here.”

”I booked for one night, before I arrived to the hotel they had took my payment of $430 at 11am in the morning which isn’t check in time. Once I arrived I was told I had to do a $150 deposit which was understandable, as I’m checking my balance in my account they had took another $580 when I went to speak with front desk I was told they do that because a lot of people do fraud, but my thing is if you are going to take extra money that should be stated upon check in time because they ended up...
