”The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. ”I chose Ramada Encore Leicester for its proximity to Curve Theatre. Upon arrival an, in fact, every time I interacted with the hotel staff, service was excellent. The room was clean and airy, I appreciated the wood floors. The hotel itself was quiet and neat. I did stay up late on Friday and Saturday nights due to the noise coming down from the street below (people partying), but it didn't last terribly late, only till about 1am or so, and I didn't have to be up very early on either following...

”Lovely staff, very friendly. The guesthouse is located a bit away from the town centre, but for me that was fine. It was anyway in a walking distance from bus station (that I needed). My room was nice with a fridge, television and a possibility to make tea. Also wi-fi. "The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome."
