”Loved the main pool, the lap pool by our room was dirty and not ready for use. The beach was great. Food was really good but very expensive and so were the drinks. Check-in process was very lengthy and our room was delayed by over 1.5 hours. The lock to our room malfunctioned and we were locked out of our room for hours after the delayed check in which made for a very tough first day.
