”There is just way too much going on with no addition to convenience. Not too walkable to store outlets that sell basic things like water bottles. I did not have one single enjoyable interaction with any employee. It felt “clicky” and because I did not work there, I felt alienated and unwelcome and that is the last feeling I want to have from a hotel. First bad experience with a best western property, and I use best westerns 9 times a year.”
