”Location. Location. Location. Walking distance to Sunset Cliffs is something special. Having the option to just go at any time of day, or night, in fog, bright sun - is priceless. The studio was a great base of operations for us with a comfy bed and nice strong shower. We’ll be coming back again because the value was almost as great as the view. We highly recommend. ”

”My week's stay in this comfortable apartment was very much as I had hoped it would be... homey and fairly close to the University of San Diego. This particular unit I stayed in was very private... the front entrance, as well as the back patio off the kitchen, which I took advantage of. ”Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was amazing, close to shops, beach, restaurants. You can hear some traffic from the sidewalks and streets when people walk by but nothing ear plugs couldn't keep out while sleeping. We also stayed on a Friday night so nightlife was in full swing but not a nuisance at all. ”

”Pros: check in process, owner communication, location (so many places to eat), safety of neighborhood, property cleanliness, appliances, master bed, above average linens, bathrooms, lighting and a/c. Cons: couch (do not use as a sofa bed), 2nd bedroom beds (very firm), drapes and rug a bit tired, dog hair from previous tenants, budget kitchen plates and glasses. Things out of their control: light was left on in a locked closet by the cleaning staff that took a while to get figured out late at...
