”Great little place for a single or a couple in need of a home base. The place is in a great location if you're headed to the beaches, Sea World etc. The lack of an oven/stove or any real kitchen makes it tough to do any cooking or meals. But, if you are going to be out and about most of the time, are not planning on doing much cooking, and just need a bed and a shower, this place fits the bill. ”Pros: check in process, owner communication, location (so many places to eat), safety of neighborhood, property cleanliness, appliances, master bed, above average linens, bathrooms, lighting and a/c. Cons: couch (do not use as a sofa bed), 2nd bedroom beds (very firm), drapes and rug a bit tired, dog hair from previous tenants, budget kitchen plates and glasses. ”Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was amazing, close to shops, beach, restaurants. You can hear some traffic from the sidewalks and streets when people walk by but nothing ear plugs couldn't keep out while sleeping. We also stayed on a Friday night so nightlife was in full swing but not a nuisance at all. ”
