”This place is very new, so natually it avoids things that you might encounter at properties that have been around for 20 years. The staff was great and very helpful. I appreciated certain details of the room, like the dimmable lights. My two quibbles were, 1) my bath towel was super linty, ironically I think it was so new that maybe it hadn't even been washed yet but it left fuzz all over me, and 2) the workout room temperature was a little warm. Admittedly I never got around to asking for help...

”Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time. I would stay here if I needed to for a day but I have had better experiences at other local hotels in the area. ”
