”I loved the hotel. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.”

”My husband and I stayed at Charleston Santa Teresa for six nights to celebrate my 40th birthday in early June 2026 and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! From the welcoming and very helpful staff to the beautiful hotel and amenities and let’s not talk about the perfect location and comfy beds. We truly enjoyed our time in Santa Teresa and would highly recommend it to individual travelers, couples, and families. The pool/rooftop view is priceless!”

”The hotel is in the heart of the city within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to Getsamani. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly with recommendations and reservations to the restaurants near by. The rooms are clean. The roof top bar is very nice. Overall wonderful stay. We will return.”

”It was a wonderful experience from the very beginning. It has a old world feel with new world vibe. It's very open, but at the same time, you feel the privacy. Very nice rooftop pool restaurant bar security checked upon you all the time staff checked on you all the time. I would highly recommend it's in the middle of everywhere. Most things in town are walking distance.”

”Everything was great! Despite all the reviews, the food was AMAZING! The service great! The only thing i would make a note of was they have a bird named Coco and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll chase you!
