”We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Check-in was extremely easy, the free breakfast was fresh and service was great. The AC was great and staff responds super fast using their WhatsApp. Location is amazing as it’s super close to El Salto and the waterfall but avoids the noise of downtown La Fortuna. ”Amazing experience. The grounds were so lush and beautiful. The restaurant was also great- fairly priced and quick. Drinks were soooo delicious. Also overlooks the lush trees and even saw monkeys from here!!
Another highlight is the staff. Specifically Kenneth in the bar and Isaac at the restaurant. So friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable.
This is less of a resort feel and more mountain cabin, but still has really great perks like the jacuzzi - we went in every night. Amazing spot!”

The location is about 2 km south of the center of La Fortuna, so a car is necessary. It is close to several of the tour outfitters that do canyoneering and rafting. ”If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). Secure parking at the apartment beat trying to find parking in town.
