”Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well. ”

”Me and my partner travelled from London England. Beautiful accommodation with stunning grounds. Bed was very comfortable and staff were very attentive to detail. They gave us extra pilllows, an abundance of towels and even gave us a fully stocked mini bar that was free for our use. Loved my time there and will definitely be recommending to others. ”

”We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed it. We had a great view of Arenal from our little patio and the property had a nice little walk with some wildlife and we enjoyed that. The mineral waters were also very enjoyable, it’s not running water but soaking in the pool after a day of hiking was so relaxing. The surrounding of the mineral waters are lovely. I also enjoyed the massage I got on side the masseuse was very pleasant and very good. ”

”Very nice staff. Small grounds with great views of Volcano. Boutique size place, maybe only 10 rooms and nice but small pool deck and 4 hot springs. Great breakfast, very convenient in and out location with a car. Not a fancy big resort place but was absolutely fine and budget friendly, would recommend no problem. Other "grand" volcano hot spring resorts were actually sold out so I picked this one and was very happy, and was lower cost overall with a great breakfast and very friendly staff....
