”Nice stay for one night. Room is very basic & small. Very good service at the reception. Enjoyed the pool & jacuzzis, and the small forest trail was a nice extra. Breakfast however was a joke: worst we’ve had in 2 weeks in Costa Rica. Cheapest possible ingredients and even coffee was bitter & bad (first time ever in CR :)”

It is however a little different from a regular hotel in that each spacious single-storm room is independent from the others. ”This is a unique property, with direct access to a river running along the property which is accessible to swim in, the views from the cabins are spectacular with mountain and natural jungle views with amazing bird and plants/flowers. Had howling monkeys directly in front of my cabin. Can't recommend this property enough, just awesome ”

”My son (8) and I enjoyed this quiet place very much. Beautiful grounds. Nice breakfast. Not perfect ( internet was sometimes spotty; blinking light in the bathroom; toilet was not always flushing well) but for the price they charge you cannot expect perfection. We valued a very pleasant home-like stay, caring and friendly stuff, quiet nights with birds chirping, and close proximity to restaurants, supermarket and coffee/ chocolate tour. Very clean too. Would stay there again! ”
