”Lovely hotel, great breakfast ”

”A great stay at this hotel. Lovely comfortable room, great staff and a delicious breakfast. Handy for Burford Village. Our visit was to visit The Farmer's Dog pub which is approx. 3 miles away. We used a local taxi firm and were charged £20 each way. Highly recommend this hotel. ”

”Staff were incredible and helpful for all our requests including local landmarks, the room was very clean. My only feedback would be there there seemed to be a certain ventilator fan hum throughout the night ; we got used to that but the establishment might want to check that - Thanks for a lovely stay!”

”Pub with rooms rather than a hotel. Restaurant menu was 3 pies 2 meat 1 veg served as it came no choice ( nice pie to be fair) not a restaurant! We didn’t have breakfast. Room was clean and functional but beds desperately needed new mattresses and shower was very temperamental. Carpark needs resurfacing potholes dreadful. Property has a good location in a quiet setting with friendly & welcoming staff.”

”Absolutely fantastic place to stay. High quality room with fantastic bed, shower etc. Food was exceptionally good as were the staff, all warm friendly with very attentive service. We particularly enjoyed having drinks enjoying the views.”

”We were upgraded by the delightfully kind manager to a room with a bath. As we were walking the Thames Path this was hugely appreciated - a wonderful clawfoot bath and a good shower. The room was large, light and beautiful. There was a little noise as we were above the bar, but only at a low hubbub and it didn't impact our sleep at all (I'm a very light sleeper). Dinner was delicious, as was breakfast. The New Inn exceeded our expectations.”

”We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! ”

”We loved our stay here, the cottage is absolutely beautiful and huge for my husband and I and in laws, the rooms are big and beds comfy. We would 100% stay here again. The wood burning fireplace was so cozy and the kitchen was well stocked!”

”Easy check in, staff were super helpful. Room was a great size, clean and nice and bright. Struggled to get the app to connect to my Expedia booking to control all the mod-cons but it wasn't critical - I could still use the TV remote the old fashioned way! Really enjoyed our stay here as an overnight stop to break up a long journey and would definitely recommend to other travellers!”
