”Room was okay, bathroom needed updating, staff lovely”

”Lovely staff upon arrival.”

”⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good stay all round. Staff were lovely, food was lovely and everything was spot on. The rooms are a little dated but very well maintained. For what you pay, you really can’t complain. Would definitely stay again.”

”Lovely hotel, staff dealt with a fire alarm very well, good to see well-drilled processes and knowledgeable staff. Good location, didn't use facilities but restaurant looked and smelt great and rooms were good value and comfortable. Internet could have been better however”

”We only ended up staying for one night of the two we booked. This was due to work commitments not the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty. Before we left we had a meal in the restaurant. The food was some of the best we’ve had in a while. We would definitely stay there again.”

”Great hotel close to the hall if you’re staying for an event. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Nice touch being allowed late check out as no one else was booked in the room that day. Would stay again”

”Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen.”

”All I needed”

”Great pub hotel, delicious food and spacious rooms. Dog friendly, which is a bonus. Worth noting that it is not suitable for anyone who needs accessible rooms.”

”Lovely welcome from the team on arrival. The room on the top floor was great, comfy bed, good sized room, fridge with fresh milk provided. Really tasty breakfast, available until 12pm which was a nice touch. Friendly place, nice bar and outside area”

”Staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly. Clean room and good breakfast.”

”Absolute gem of a place. Sarah is very hospitable and has all the amenities you need for a stay. The room was lovely and clean and breakfast was superb. We loved our stay and would love to come back one day thank you.”

”Lovely hotel better than stopping in big chain groups, the more personal touch, nice clean rooms and great food in the restaurant”

”Clean functional rooms. Neat snack bar and bar in communal area with okay coffee. Excellent breakfast and good value. Quiet rural location.”

”Room, staff and breakfast were great, but sadly would not stay again due to the noise. Bottle pick up loading empty bottles right outside our room at 5am, the noise was awful, and road pretty loud too.”
