"Huonetta ei käyty siivoamassa kertaakaan 4 päivän aikana ja puhtaita lakanoita ei ollut saatavilla kun myös pyyhkeitä ei vaihdettu. Siivooja kävi kerran sunnuntaina sillä välin kun olimme poissa ja oli rikkonut vain vesiputken ja vienyt kaikki minun käteiseni ja löytänyt ne kovistakin piiloista. We payed with a Debit card for the whole stay as soon as we arrived. We made the hotel sure that we want the Debit card to be used as a payment. Money has been charged from our bank account the day we checked in. As we checked-out, they charged the stay AGAIN from the credit card used as a deposit without our permission and without telling us even though we already paid when we arrived. So now we have paid for our stay for 2 times, and not gotten our deposit back. They told they have ”released” the Debit card payment which is ridiculous as that is the card that was supposed to be the payment in the first place. The hotel charged wrong card even when we told not to. Not even an apology. Takes also way too long to respond. Had to beg for HOURS to an answer. "
