”This hotel bears no resemblance to the images. The restaurant is closed and the bar poorly stocked I was recommended to go out. The only food offering was Mini Cheddars. The room's TV did not work, and it was not clean. Part used complimentary shower gel was available however. The door handle to the room came off in my hand. ”Property was clean. Not as stated entire property. Shared facilities. Bathroom via the kitchen on ground floor had child. Did not feel we could relax here as thought we had entire apartment. Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best.”

”We will never stay onsite at Alton Towers again if this property is available! Closer to the park entrance than hotels, no need to battle the monorail crowds. Georgina the owner was extremely friendly & her communication for check in was excellent. The home itself was newly renovated to an exceptionally high standard. Perfectly clean with all the amenities provided for a short stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be booking again if lucky to find it available.”

”Filty from the entrance to the kitchen and toilet. I coukd not have a shower or use the kitchen. The room is fine. The advert says private bathroom but it was shared. I had to go downstairs to the back of the kitchen to get to the toilet. Wont come back. ”
