”One of the staff with the name of Lily I guess informed us that they would charge for the 2 water bottles which is so annoying as this is supposed to be a five star property and we were there for 4 nights! Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair and crumbes everywhere. Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape. Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor. We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service. This is certainly not THE GRAND "
